New light, same wiring, done right
Swapping a builder-grade fixture is one of the fastest ways to update a room. Most swaps reuse the existing box and wiring, so it's a quick visit with a flat price.
A lot of the valley was built fast in the 1990s and 2000s, with the same basic fixtures in every room. Older homes around downtown and Paradise can have undersized boxes and older wiring. If the box can't safely hold the new fixture, it's replaced, and you hear about it before the visit, not after.

Tall ceilings and heavy fixtures
Two-story entries and great rooms are common in Summerlin, Henderson, Southern Highlands and the newer master-planned communities. Heavy chandeliers need a box rated for the weight and a safe way to reach the ceiling. Both are planned from your photos and priced in the quote.

Do I buy the fixture myself?
Yes. Buy the one you like and text a photo of the box or the model name. If you're unsure, send the link before you buy.
Can you hang a chandelier in a two-story entry?
Yes. Send a photo that shows the height and the fixture. The box, ladder and time are priced in the quote.
Why do my new LED lights flicker?
Usually the dimmer isn't made for LEDs. An LED-compatible dimmer fixes most cases, and it can be added on the same visit.
Do you install several fixtures in one visit?
Yes. Multi-fixture jobs are priced per fixture, with a better rate after the first.
