Why fans earn their keep in Las Vegas

How long does a fan install take?
A straight swap usually takes one to two hours. Adding a brace or a new switch adds time, and it's included in the quote.
Can you install a fan where there's only a light?
Usually, yes. Send a photo of the ceiling and the existing fixture and you'll get a price that covers the fan-rated box.
Can you hang a fan on a covered patio?
Yes. Patio fans need a damp or wet rating and a solid mount in the patio ceiling. Send a photo of the patio and the closest outlet or switch.
Do you install several fans in one visit?
Yes. Multi-fan jobs are priced per fan, with a better rate after the first.
