One system for every night of the year
Most nights it's soft warm white that shows off the roofline and lights the entry and driveway. For a holiday, a birthday, or a Raiders, Golden Knights or Aces game day, you change the colors from the app in seconds.
The lights sit in a slim track fastened to the fascia under the tile, never through the roof, so from the street you barely see it in daylight. Schedules turn it on at sunset and off when you choose.

Built for desert weather
The track sits tight to the fascia and is fastened to hold up to 115°F sun, monsoon wind and the occasional winter freeze. It plugs into an outdoor GFCI outlet through the controller; if there's no outlet near the start of the run, adding one is priced in the quote.

How is it mounted?
A slim aluminum track is fastened to the fascia under the eaves, and the lights sit inside it. Nothing goes through the tile. It's color-matched as closely as possible so it blends in during the day.
Can I change colors and schedules myself?
Yes. Everything runs from an app on your phone: colors, brightness, effects and sunset schedules. It's set up with you before the visit ends.
Will it hold up to the heat?
The track is low-profile and the lights are rated for outdoor use in extreme heat and sun, and for monsoon wind and rain.
Does my HOA allow it?
Many do, especially in warm white. Check your HOA rules first; in white mode it looks like architectural lighting rather than holiday lights.
How is it priced?
